Downtown Graffiti Removal Program

The Downtown Graffiti Removal Program is a free service where a professional cleaning company will visit your property and attempt to remove reported graffiti with a pressure washer. If the graffiti can’t be removed successfully, a paint over service may be offered depending on the exterior surface (with the property owners consent).

How to participate?

Your property must be within our designated downtown boundary (check the map here).
Fill out the online form after entering your address
- Provide a picture of the graffiti in the report.
- Provide consent to access your private property.

This will not result in a form being sent to police. To fill out a police report please visit Brandon Police at 1020 Victoria Ave or call 204-729-2345.

In consideration of the City Downtown Graffiti Clean Up Program, the Owner being the registered Owner of the Lands/Property shall:

i. Permit the City and its employees, Contractors and authorized agents entry onto the land for purposes of providing graffiti clean-up services; and
ii. Release, save and hold harmless, and indemnify the City from all actions, causes of actions, damages, injury to persons, liability, fines, proceedings, claims and demands arising as a result of the City and its employees, contractors and authorized agents utilizing the Lands/Property, including but not limited to, the driveway, ramp, loading and parking areas of the Lands/Property for purposes of providing graffiti clean-up services; save and except any claims or damages attributable to the gross negligence of the City or those for whom it is in law responsible.
